In 2017, Pasqual Tribal Housing Consultants began as an idea by Andreas J. Pasqual to meet the need of educating other Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHE) across Indian Country, on best practices he learned during his tenure with the Tohono O'odham Ki:Ki Association. Having administered the legal services, residential services, and as a procurement administrator within the TDHE of the second largest reservation in the United States -- for fifteen years -- a wealth of knowledge was earned.
However, one year into this practice, it became clear that private business also had a need to educate themselves on how to do business with the government. We then began to educate private business on procurement and how to best position themselves on becoming successful awardees of government contracts.
Now into 2020 -- we have been retained by various companies and were successful in obtaining over ten (10) years of contract awards amounting to over $12-Million dollars in future revenues for our clients. Our position here is very clear. Let us help you be our next success story!
