Pasqual Tribal Housing Consultants was founded in 2017 by Andreas J. Pasqual with a clear mission: to empower Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) across Indian Country by sharing the wealth of knowledge he acquired during his distinguished tenure at the Tohono O'odham Ki:Ki Association. With over fifteen years of direct experience in legal services, residential management, and procurement administration on the second-largest reservation in the United States, Andreas built a solid foundation of expertise that is unparalleled.

As our reputation for excellence grew, so did our understanding of the broader needs within the industry. By 2018, it was evident that private enterprises were also seeking our guidance to navigate the complexities of government contracting.
